Inspired by one of Siamaya’s favourite Thai dishes, Massaman Curry, they de-constructed the dish, and built all the flavours inside their 60% dark chocolate. then they ground peanuts into the chocolate base, then add chillies, cinnamon, lemon-grass, and candied ginger, to create a multi layered flavour experience.
