Shipping and Returns
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your online order. You will be provided a tracking number (pending your shipment method chosen) so you can track your oder once it ships out.
If you live in downtown Toronto, a local courier option is available for speedier delivery.
We currently only ship to Canada (except Quebec).
Refunds and Returns
At ONYX Chocolates, we strive to make sure that all our chocolates leave in a perfect condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges. ONYX Chocolates is not responsible for products that are damaged. If, for some reason, you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48hrs of receiving your order), so we can appropriately address your concern.
We can not be held responsible for products spoiled by weather related delays, carrier's mechanical failure, other acts beyond our control, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the purchaser on the original web order.
