HOLIDAYS 2024
Our date picker is scheduled for 16 days in advance.
The last day of Shipping (with UPS/Purolator) will be December 18 to ensure that your packages arrive before Christmas (orders must be placed by December 15 to allow time for packaging). We will continue offering local courier delivery up until December 22nd (orders must be placed by December 18th).
Last day to place orders for store pickup will be December 19, for pickup on December 22nd. After that day, you are still welcome to visit the store during our regular hours and select from available flavours.
If an item is out of stock (boxes or flavours) please check back regularly (same day or next day) as we will be updating inventory regularly pending available stock.
For in store shopping, we may limit the number of boxes per customer.
If there is any stock left after December 18th we will release them for pickup/local delivery. Feel free to check on December 19th for updated stock.
Due to busy Holiday season we may take 3-5 business days to respond to all emails. Voicemails and Instagram DMs are not being monitored.
We will be closed December 25 through mid January.

In-Store Pickup
If you wish to pick up your order in the store, please select the Store Pickup option during checkout. You will be able to select a date when you wish to pick up the order. Future dates are added daily.
Shipping and Courier Delivery
Fast Local Courier
We provide Fast Local Courier Delivery by Trexity on Tuesday-Sunday. Please select the date when you wish to receive the order, and we will send it on that day. Ensure someone is available to accept the order.
Once the shipment has been prepared, you will receive a tracking number (via email or local phone number). Always provide a safe (and preferably not in sun exposure) spot for the courier to leave your package.
Other Shipping Methods
If Local Courier Delivery is not available, you will be presented with other options, such as Purolator or UPS. If possible, we recommend that you choose the 1-day shipping option to prevent the package from sitting in shipping depots or on trucks.
When you select Purolator or UPS, you will be provided with a tracking number, so you can track your order once it ships. All Purolator and UPS packages are normally sent out on Monday-Wednesday, REGARDLESS of the date selected. Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be mailed out the following week on Monday-Wednesday.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered and go missing or are stolen.
How Do I Store My Chocolate?
Our bonbons contain fresh ingredients. They should be enjoyed within 2 weeks of preparation if kept at dry and cool room temperature (preferably 18-20°C). Wine cooler is a great option. They can last up to 6 weeks if refrigerated in an airtight container or securely wrapped, to avoid condensation.
The date of the box preparation can be found on the flavour card or at the bottom of the box.
To fully enjoy the bonbons, allow them to acclimatize to room temperature.
Improper handling when stored in a household refrigerator can affect the shine, finish, and quality of your chocolate.
Please, do not store your chocolate bars in a fridge.
Do You Give Refund or Returns?
At ONYX Chocolates, we strive to ensure that all our chocolates leave in perfect condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or accommodate exchanges.
We are not responsible for stolen products; products spoiled by weather related delays, carrier's mechanical failure, other acts beyond our control; or incorrect/incomplete address provided by the purchaser on the original web order.
If store pick-up was specified, failure to pick up your order does not warrant a return/refund.
