How do I store my chocolate?

Our bonbons contain fresh ingredients. They should be enjoyed within 2 weeks of preparation if kept at dry and cool room temperature (preferably 18-20°C). Wine cooler is a great option. They can last up to 6 weeks if refrigerated in an airtight container or securely wrapped, to avoid condensation.

The date of the box preparation can be found on the bottom of the box.

To fully enjoy the bonbons, allow them to acclimatize to room temperature.

Improper handling when stored in a household refrigerator can affect the shine, finish, and quality of your chocolate.

Where do you get your chocolate from?

Sustainability begins with the chocolate itself. Across our bonbons, bars, and confections, we work primarily with high-quality couvertures from respected producers such as French Valrhona and Ecuadorian República del Cacao, complemented by select offerings from Cacao Barry when a specific flavour profile is required.

Are your products gluten free, nut free?

The majority of our bonbons are gluten-free and nut-free.When a bonbon contains ingredients with gluten or nuts, this is clearly indicated on the enclosed menu cards and on our website underBonbon Flavours. Please note that we are not a gluten-free or nut-free facility; despite our best efforts, cross-contamination will occur.

Do you have Vegan Friendly/Dairy Free options?

Yes, we do offer vegan and dairy-free options.Select bonbons and confections in our range are crafted without dairy, using thoughtfully chosen plant-based ingredients while maintaining the same attention to flavour and texture as our classic offerings. Availability varies by season, and all vegan-friendly options are clearly identified on our menu cards and website.
