A 57% dark milk chocolate opens with red fruit, malt, and soft caramel. Phoenix Dancong oolong layers in florals, honey, and stone fruit. Freeze-dried elderberry adds a bright, wine-like lift, balanced by the gentle sweetness and warmth of candied ginger. The finish is aromatic and lightly fruity.
