Lime Cheesecake - Crunchy malt ball centres coated with cream cheese and lime infused white chocolate.  Subtly sour and tangy and oh so creamy!!!

Espresso Dark Chocolate - Crunchy malt ball centres coated with 55% Valrhona dark chocolate infused with plenty of coffee to give you that much needed kick.

Raspberry Milk Chocolate - Crunchy malt ball centres coated with creamy milk chocolate and then rolled in another layer of raspberry couverture for a wonderful refreshing taste.

Yuzu Dark Chocolate - Crunchy malt ball centres coated first with 55% Valrhona dark chocolate and then followed with Yuzu fruit couverture for slightly tangy, aromatic and refreshing taste.

Five Spice - Crunchy malt ball centres coated with smooth milk chocolate, and then finished with caramelized white chocolate infused with Chinese Five Spice.
